We stand behind our work, 100%. If you’ve visited Alchemy & decide that you would like to make some adjustments, we’re happy to make it right. We think that your relationship with your hairdresser is similar to your relationship with your lover: communication is EVERYTHING! We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to put our money where our mouth is.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we may have to cater your experience with respect to the time constraints. We reserve the right to reschedule your reservation in the event of excessive tardiness.

Shout out to parents:

You guys are incredible!
We had you in mind when we designed the Alchemy WashHouse experience. Frankly, :the workshop wasn’t built for children. We ask that all you parents out there use your reservation time as a chance to kick back & relax. We also ask that reservations be made only for those age 16 & older.

Can I bring my kids?

No. We designed the Alchemy Experience to be a time-out for grown ups. Please have arrangements for childcare prior to your reservation.

Do you guys use Olaplex?

Occasionally. We typically don’t need it. Considering the health and integrity of hair before the application of any chemical only seems logical. There’s no need to push hair beyond its means.

Why don't you have a phone?

We don’t have a business phone because it was becoming a nuisance, constantly ringing for general info that can be found on the website. It’s updated regularly and can answer just about any question. Once you’re in the house for your first reservation, we’ll provide you a number to reach us at.

Can I get squeezed in soon if I miss my scheduled reservation?

Unfortunately, not. We believe that every Guest deserves a COMPLETE Alchemy Experience. It’s not our practice to “squeeze” your service into a spot that it simply won’t fit. Do you have a cancellation or first available list?

Yes. If your daily schedule has some flexibility, we’d be happy to let you know when time becomes available on the schedule. Cancellations do occur, but they’re unpredictable. Let us know if you’d like to be placed on this list and we’ll notify you if something opens up during the times you specify.

Cancellations.

Our cancellation policy helps us provide a consistently amazing service every guest, every time. If you need to change a reservation, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Should a cancellation occur within this 48-hour window, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.

No-SHOWs.

No shows are no fun. To make sure these don’t occur, we send out a confirmation e-mail three days prior, as well a text reminder one day prior to each reservation. Should you miss a reservation with no notice, we may ask you to pay the full cost of the services missed before allowing you back on the schedule.

Life happens & we’re flexible. If a force of nature causes strife with your reservation, we’re more than happy to do what we can to help! We have these policies in place to protect our team from being taken advantage of & to protect our time from being wasted. We appreciate your understanding & support!
